Way to Be
9 Ways to be Happy and Make Something of your Life
1. Be Graceful
Some people in this world don't even what grateful means or how to express themselves being grateful. Gratitude is the quality of being and showing appreciation. It is a mindful acknowledgment of all that we have been given. When we focus on the abundance in our lives, we discover a greater capacity of generosity, cheerfulness, and contentment. It often takes tragedy to wake us up, to reevaluate our lives and appreciate what we have. The reason why this has to happen is because you instantly become prioritized and realize what matters the most and what you care about and anything not essential is ignored. When one is grateful, they appreciate what they have and don't ask for more. In this life I am grateful for having both of my parents alive and healthy. Some people don't even have their parents with them and I am grateful that I have my parents. Be grateful for what you have and you'll end up having more. Each day I am grateful for nights that turn into mornings, friends that turn into family, and dreams that turn into reality. Expressing gracefulness is a rewarding habit that affirms the grace of the giver. Gracefulness opens our heart, encourages us to savor each gift that comes our way, and magically frees us from jealousy guarding our possessions.

Many believe that being clean is just cleaning your room/house or your personal hygiene, being clean also means to stay away from drugs, alcohol, and gangs. Being clean shows what type of person you are and what you want to achieve in life. One example of this is having your room dirty. Having your room dirty shows that you are a lazy slob and you want to earn minimum wage. Also, having a dirty room shows that you are always angry or in a bad mood. When we think of the word "positive" we think of happy, however happiness isn't the only type of positivity. To be positive means to be consisiting in or characterized by the presence or possession of features or qualities rather than their absence. here are 6 ways to be positive that i follow everyday. 1. Find the optimistic viewpoint in a negative situation, 2. Cultivate and live ina positive environment, 3. Go slowly, 4. Don't make a mountain out of a molehill, 5. Don't let vague fears hold you back from doing what you want, 6. Add value and positivity to someonelse's life. We have powerful capabilities to choose positive emotions and ways of thinking. Our emotions literally change our bodies on a cellular level. Fortunately rather than repressing it, we can choose to interpret or responf to them difdferently. 7. Be Humble
Being humble doesn't mean that you are nice to everyone or you care about everyone else. To be humble means to be modest, not proud or to be courteously respectful. In order to be more humble you will have to follow these 6 steps. 1. Ask for feedback, 2. Confront your prejudices, 3. start with a question, 4. Really listen, 5. accept setbacks, 6. Discover awe. Step 1, ask your close friends to be honest about three things they like about you and three things where you need growth. Step 2, confront your fears, don't be afraid anymore. 8. Be Still
Everytime I hear the phrase be still, I think about the famous phrase in the Bible of Psalms 46:10, "Be still and know that I am God." Sometimes though I ask myself what does it really mean to be still and what I need to do to make that happen. As i searched up what it means to be still, I found great synonyms that will help define what it means to be still to you. One of the synonyms that I found was still(means to be free from noise or turbulence; untroubled). Another synonym is calm(a period or condition of freedom from stars). This doesn't mean that storm is no longer around you, it means that the storm is longer within in you. another synonym is to be peaceful(untroubled by conflict). we allow the anger and frustrations from those trials to push us into violence. "Be still and know that I am god" is not just a saying, it's a state oof being. It is the ability to know god well enough to trust his abilities to rescue you.
9. Be prayerful
Reflection:
"There they are, nine. Be's which, observed, will nring handsome dividends to any young man or women. They will add sparkle to your days and peace to your nights. They will save you from heartache and pain. They will bring purpose into your life and give direction to your energies.
They will bring you friends of your own kind. They will protect you from associations that would pull you down and deflect you from your course.
This is a time to be happy. This is a time to feel joy and make friends and enjoy the best this life has to effect. What I have tried to put fourth....are simply a few suggestions, gained from many years of living, to help you do just that. The world will tell that certain kinds of things will bring you happiness-things such as popularity and possessions and satisfying your baser desires.
If today you find yourself only dribbling as a leaf in a stream, get bold of yourself and determine you will do better.
At railroad grade crossing, signs of warning were once common. Two cross arms were embazzled with the words"stop, look, listen." They meant that a train could be nearing down the tracks and had better be alert.
I was riding a train in the midwest years ago. I looked out the window to my left. A road man parallel to the tracks. A car with a boy and a girl was speeding down the road a little faster than the train. the car moved ahead until I can no longer seem it. Suddenly, the locomotives whistle sounded and the train screeched to a hault as the brakes gripped the wheels. swe looked out the window on to the other side. there was a mangled car. Police cars soon converged, followed by the ambulance. The boy and girl were both dead. The road they were traveling crossed the tracks. They did not stop, look, listen. It all happened in an instant.
The better way to be is the way of these nine Be's.
The years inervitably pass, and pass quickly. Today is your day of resolution. Promise yourself to make something, good of (your) precious life.
